Use this system to request event/meeting room space for your registered student organization, department and group within Hulman Memorial Student Union and the Landsbaum Center. Keep in mind not all campus spaces can be scheduled through this portal.
Students affiliated with a registered ISU Student Organization may log in to the Event Management System (EMS) using their University Email and password.
Faculty and Staff affiliated with an ISU Department may log in to the Event Management System (EMS) using their University Email and password.
After logging in, select "Create a Reservation" from the menu above and then choose the area you are interested in reserving.
External Guests should email Conference and Event Services to request a meeting to discuss event spaces and meeting rooms available on campus. Or you may submit your request here.
